In the last few blogs, I’ve pretty much covered most of the features available to the end user in DraftSight Professional and I’ve tried to give clear and simple explanations on how to access these functions.
One area I haven’t covered is DraftSight Support. There are various different support options available depending on your circumstances.

Small and Medium Sized Companies – DraftSight Prosumer
Prosumer support is perfect for the small professional user who needs instant support.
Prosumer Support offers support on installation, activation and configuration of DraftSight. This includes telephone and email support. You also have access to the online community support and learning resources for DraftSight.

Prosumer support is available in 3 or 12 month renewable blocks.

Large Organisations – DraftSight Enterprise
If you are a large organisation with multiple users and / or sites that need professional CAD software with tech support and network licensing to help manage users and compliance across your business, then the DraftSight Enterprise is for you!
